Getting help

Reporting a problem from inside Cora Mobile is more useful than describing it afterwards, because Cora Mobile can attach the details that are hard to remember.

Settings → Report a Bug / Send Feedback.

What you fill in

The sheet asks two things: what kind of thing it is, so the report reaches the right place, and what happened in your own words.

Be specific about what you expected and what you saw instead. "Alkalinity showed 2 d old on the dashboard when the Apex was reading fine" is worth more than "readings broken".

What is attached automatically

A short line of context goes with every report, and the sheet shows it to you before you send:

  • the app version
  • your platform and OS version
  • the screen you were on when you opened the sheet

That is what turns "it did not work" into something reproducible. It is displayed rather than hidden, so nothing is sent that you have not seen.

Screenshots

Attach a screenshot adds an image to the report, and Remove screenshot takes it off again before sending.

Automatic crash reports

Send crash reports, beside the report row, is the same promise made without you having to notice something broke and write it up: if Cora Mobile crashes, it reports the crash by itself. See Settings.

Elsewhere

  • Questions about your own tank are usually faster through Cora Assistant, which can see your readings.
  • Something not behaving as documented: Troubleshooting first.
